And Then There Were Four

Four months ago, my wife, son and I welcomed a baby girl to our growing family.  Our lives have not been the same since and we couldn’t be happier!

I remember when one of my co-workers found out that we were having a baby girl she mentioned that I was now going to be the wealthiest man in the world.  When I asked her why, she stated, “you have everything.  You have a beautiful wife, a little boy and you will have a little girl.”  Little did I know how right she was.

Now four months later, it is time to share my wealth with others through one of my biggest passions which is writing.  Today, I would like to introduce you to Pure Family Gold – A Few Nuggets from a Colorado Family.  This site is a way for me to share our story, a way for us to chronicle the events in our lives, and a way for me to share some of the trials and tribulations we experience as we go panning for gold along our river of life.

At the beginning, I will explore many topics including finances, toy reviews, movie reviews, cooking recipes, parenting successes (and failures) and much more.  As the site evolves, I hope to dive into topics that others find interesting, worthwhile and meaningful to you as navigate your own river of life.
